The DELHI HISTORICAL SOCIETY exists solely for the purpose of preserving the history of the Delhi area, the people that lived here, and to relay this history to the public through this website. Our objective is to present this historical information in a format that is easily accessable to everyone. Our goal is for this gathering of historical data to be an on-going historical narrative about our town, its surroundings, the people who lived here-past and present and to preserve our rich history for the generations to come.

MISSION:

Our mission is to gather facts, photos and information about Delhi and its people.

To verify this information as much as possible, through family records, public records, newspaper articles, the library and stories handed down through generations.
